Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Send us a short message and return the item in its original condition.

On top of that, you have 30 days to try the Kalmo harness on your own streets. Is your dog still pulling just as hard? Get in touch, send it back, and you get your money back.

Wrong size? We exchange it for free. Contact us with your order number and the size you need.
Personalised harnesses
Harnesses with your dog's name are made for your dog. The legal right of withdrawal doesn't apply to personalised items. Please check the size guide before you order.
